3RGA is a standalone 2D raster graphic acceleration unit. It accelerates 2D
4graphics operations, such as point/line drawing, image scaling, rotation,
5BitBLT, alpha blending and image blur/sharpness.

8- compatible: value should be one of the following
9		"rockchip,rk3288-rga";
10		"rockchip,rk3399-rga";

12- interrupts: RGA interrupt specifier.

14- clocks: phandle to RGA sclk/hclk/aclk clocks
